They are a little over 2 hours from Reno, Nevada and not too far from the Burning Man event. It would almost 4.5 hours to drive from Sage Valley, south of Battle Mountain to Reno. (I do not have exact data, but somewhere very close to these two GPS readings you should find the survey stake for this corner. Survey stake should be about 20 feet north of road in this general area.)

DIRECTIONS TO THESE TWO LOTS
Take highway 398 north out of Lovelock, Nv. Then turn left on highway 399, also called the Seven Troughs Road, to the north and west out of Lovelock, Nevada. After a few miles you will go thru the Trinity Pass and the road will go downhill into Sage Valley. (Not same Sage Valley as lots south of Battle Mt.)
As you are going downhill out of the Trinity Pass you will come to a Y intersection at approx 40.346298, -118.688725. Bear to the right at this Y intersection and continue on road almost due north up the valley.
About 11 miles north of the above Y intersection you will pass thru a cross road intersection with a somewhat better road to the left. GPS 40.503860, -118.689731. Keep going straight north at this cross intersection.
About 1/4 mile from the above cross intersection you will come to a dirt road to the right. GPS 40.507578, -118.689798.
Turn right here and proceed about 5 miles to GPS 40.463712, -118.585362 which is the western corner of lot 1 with the road. The survey stake should be on the north side of the road somewhere near this GPS point. See map above for all of the approximate GPS points for lot corners along road.
It will be helpful to use your odometer as well as the GPS points to locate the lots.
These GPS points will correspond to road intersections visible on Google Maps. You can check these out on your computer before leaving home.
